Commercials & terms of engagement

Fee Structure

  • Success-fee model — you pay only on a successful closure
  • Billing trigger: candidate's successful joining date
  • Payment: due within 45 days of joining
  • Invoicing: official invoice issued post-joining confirmation

Replacement & Ownership

  • Replacement policy: one-time free replacement if a candidate leaves within 3 months — same role and requirements
  • Candidate ownership: profiles remain valid for 6 months; fee applies if hired within this period
